Over the past few days, I’ve shared some of what I feel, sense and work through when *things get stuck* … in truth, the *stuckness* is conscious mind’s way of *saying* are you really, really sure you want what you *say* you want?
Growing up in Hawai’i, we’d say something like when we couldn’t quite wrap our minds around something ~ you sure, you sure you’re sure, for reals? ~ it was a way of being sure we heard what we heard.
Expansion, no matter what kind of expansion is happening or will be happening, it is going beyond what you’ve known. It is also about bringing with you all you’ve learned, all you’ve let go of and creating space for all you are in this moment and all you are on your way to becoming.
This next Crystal Triage is, in my humble opinion, a must have for those moments when you’re beginning to see lots more light at the end of the proverbial tunnel of *stuckness* through transition into your next level-vibe, frequency and understanding of who you are and what you came here to do.
- Fire and Ice: Extreme pressure is required to cause the Rainbows and Crackles within these beauties. You can really only see the myriad of intricately formed patterns when you look at it in the sunlight. Pressure is what causes or makes possible true transition into transformation into the newest best version of you.
- Hematite: Grounding is very much a necessity to being *open* to all that awaits you. Think of grounding and opening as your feet connecting with Mother Gaia and your Crown Chakra opening to the Cosmos and your Guides.
- Rutilated Quartz: The Threads of Gold, Black or White, within Rutilated Quartz, represents the *threads of magnetic attraction* energies that are required to help you connect with your inner-most desires in every area of your life. Protection energy while you focus your intentions and amplify the visions and vibrations for your manifestations to *magically and mysteriously* appear into something visible and tangible.
3 Ways Use These Crystals to help you get *unstuck*:
- Get these Crystals together, put very close to each other. I prefer to have my Crystal Triage Crystals touching each other for maximum clarity of thought, intention and energy attraction and magnification.
- Write out an intention, ONE specific intention. Fold the slip of paper and place it under the Fire and Ice Quartz.
- Create a special Crystal Triage space, light a White or Silver candle to help you connect with the energies of the Crystals and Stones and your intention.

Hematite: Stone of Grounding and Manifestation, magnifying your magnetic attraction energies.
Rutilated Quartz: Stone of Energetic Integration, Protection and Grounding. The Rutile *threads* can be black, white or golden in color.
