How to Gain Greater Insight into Your Higher Purpose
Step 1: Find a comfortable place where you can focus your attention, energy and be undisturbed for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 2: Write out one simple, clear, specific question. For example: *What is my next step? *Is (fill in the blank) the right thing for me to do? *What Guidance do you have for me about my Higher Purpose?
Step 3: Hold Azurite Malachite in both hands for 5 minutes, breathe deeply, exhaling for 3 breath cycles
Step 4: Hold it to your Heart Center for 5 minutes, breathe deeply, exhaling for 3 breath cycles
Step 5: Hold it to your Third Eye for 5 minutes, breathe deeply, exhaling for 3 breath cycles
Step 6: Write down EVERYTHING that comes to your mind. No filtering, or second guessing yourself, Write everything down. Set what you’ve written to the side and come back to it.
Be open to seemingly random thoughts, images, feelings or signs … they are *clues* to the insight you’ve asked for.
