Morning & Evening Oil Rituals: Bookending Your Day with Your Angelic Team (7 of 9)

Some days, I wake up ready to go. I have energy, ideas, crystals calling to me, and a whole list of things I want to create.

And then there are the other mornings.

The mornings when I wake up a little groggy, a little fuzzy, and honestly would much rather roll over and sleep in. If you are an empath, energy healer, creative, or simply someone who feels deeply, you probably know exactly what I mean. Sometimes it takes a moment to fully arrive in your own body, your own energy, and your own day.

That is where my morning oil ritual comes in.

It is not complicated. It does not require a perfect meditation space, a two-hour routine, or a long list of steps you have to remember before coffee. It is simply a small way to say: I am here. I am waking up. I am ready to meet this day with intention.

And in the evening, I do the opposite.

I use a simple closing ritual to release the day, come back to myself, and let my angelic team help me settle before rest. These little bookends—one in the morning and one in the evening—have become such a loving, practical part of how I care for my energy.

Your morning ritual: Wake up, clear out, tune in

On mornings when I feel half-awake and a little foggy, I reach for Kundalini Rising and St. Germain essential oils.

Kundalini Rising helps me bring my energy level up gently, especially when I need encouragement to put one foot in front of the other and begin. St. Germain is what I use next to help clear away that fuzzy, cobwebby feeling in my conscious mind—the kind of mental haze that can make it hard to focus, decide, or get moving.

This is my very simple ritual:

  1. Reach for Kundalini Rising first.

  2. Roll it onto both inner arms, from wrist toward elbow.

  3. Rub your forearms together slowly, breathing in and allowing yourself to wake up at your own pace.

  4. Layer St. Germain over it in the same area.

  5. Pause for a moment before rushing into the rest of your day.

That is it. No pressure. No need to make it more difficult than it needs to be.

Some mornings, I may also apply the oils to my neck, behind my ears, or just above my heart center. I let my own intuition guide me. The important part is not doing it perfectly. The important part is giving yourself a moment to shift from still asleep into present and available for your life.

Let your crystal choose you

Once I have anointed with Kundalini Rising and St. Germain, I usually notice that I can hear myself a little more clearly.

That is often when I choose a crystal for my morning walk.

I do not always go looking for one specific crystal with one specific purpose. Instead, I let myself notice which one is calling to me that day. Sometimes it is a crystal I have not held in a while. Sometimes it is one that catches the light differently. Sometimes it is simply the one my hand reaches for without much thought.

That crystal becomes my companion for the walk.

For me, my walks are not only about moving my body or getting fresh air. They are often where I tune in, receive ideas, reconnect with Spirit, and record my daily crystal vlog. The oil ritual helps clear the mental fuzziness, and the crystal helps ground the intention. Together, they help me become more present for whatever wants to come through.

There is something so beautiful about beginning a creative day this way: a little movement, a little fresh air, a crystal in your hand, and a willingness to listen.

Sometimes the message becomes a vlog. Sometimes it becomes a product idea, a blog-post topic, a teaching point, or a reminder I personally needed to hear. Sometimes it is simply a quiet moment with a crystal and the morning sky.

All of it counts.

A simple evening ritual: Release, soften, return

At the end of the day, I need something different.

By evening, many of us have picked up thoughts, feelings, conversations, responsibilities, and energy that do not all belong to us. Even a beautiful, productive day can leave us feeling like there are still too many open tabs in our minds.

An evening ritual is not about trying to erase the day. It is about lovingly closing it.

You may use the essential oils that feel most supportive to you in that moment. Some evenings, you may feel called to use Aura Cleanse to clear the energetic residue of the day. Other nights, Rainbow Spirit may feel right when you want to rebalance and return to your center. And on nights when your heart needs extra tenderness, choose an oil that helps you come back to love, compassion, and quiet.

Your evening ritual can be as simple as this:

  1. Choose one oil that feels calming, clearing, balancing, or comforting.

  2. Roll it onto your inner arms and rub your arms together slowly.

  3. Add a little to your neck, behind your ears, or over your heart center if that feels right for you.

  4. Sit with a crystal nearby—on your nightstand, in your hand, or beside your bed.

  5. Ask yourself, “What can I release from today?”

  6. Take a few quiet breaths and allow yourself to be done for now.

You do not have to solve everything before you sleep.

You do not have to answer every message, make every decision, or understand every feeling before you rest. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is let the day be complete.

Your angelic team is already with you

One of the sweetest parts of creating morning and evening rituals is remembering that you are not doing life alone.

Your angelic team is not only present for the big moments, the major crossroads, or the days when you feel like you need a miracle. They are present in the ordinary moments too: when you are pulling yourself out of bed, choosing a crystal for a walk, trying to find the words for a video, or settling down at night after a full day of caring for everyone else.

A morning ritual can be your way of saying:

Help me see clearly today.
Help me stay connected to my purpose.
Help me share what I am here to share.

An evening ritual can be your way of saying:

Thank you for walking with me today.
Help me release what is not mine to carry.
Help me rest, restore, and begin again tomorrow.

There is no fancy wording required. Your intention is enough.

Make it work for your real life

Please do not feel like you need to recreate someone else’s perfect-looking routine.

Your ritual can happen standing in your bathroom before you brush your teeth. It can happen while you are getting dressed, sitting in your car before an appointment, walking through your neighborhood, or lying in bed with one favorite crystal in your hand.

The magic is in the consistency of coming back to yourself.

Try this simple rhythm:

  • Morning: Kundalini Rising first, then St. Germain. Choose a crystal, take a few breaths, and let yourself tune in before you step into the day.

  • Evening: Choose one supportive oil, anoint slowly, place a crystal near you, and consciously release the day.

  • Anytime you forget: Begin again without judging yourself. One intentional breath, one roll of oil, and one moment of connection is still a ritual.

Your day does not have to begin in a rush, and it does not have to end with you carrying everyone and everything into sleep.

You are allowed to wake gently. You are allowed to clear your mind. You are allowed to listen for the crystal that wants to walk with you. And you are allowed to place the day down at night, knowing your angels are still near.
