Shipping policy

Angel Lady Crystals Boutique: orders are processed immediately and ship within 3-5 business days. Actual transit times for delivery vary upon location of destination. Average transit time per order is 3 days, but may be up to 7 days, depending on final destination (Domestic vs. International) and shipping method chosen. Angel Lady Crystals does not ship on national holidays.

All orders, Domestic/International are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL. All orders must ship to a physical address. Please, do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address.

Credit Card/PayPal approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including applicable shipping and handling charges. Texas and Arizona residents will be assessed sales tax. We only ship complete orders to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

We DO NOT work with backorders. You will be notified via email address supplied, if any discrepancy or question arises, concerning the processing of your order.
